We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Serve as a Scrum Master for a multidisciplinary Agile team building a data pipeline and workflow management platform.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including release and sprint planning, daily scrums, and demos.• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and assess their Agile maturity for continuous improvement.• Remove impediments for the team and coach them to become self-organizing and productive.• Foster collaboration and constructive conflict resolution among team members and stakeholders.• Champion the team and drive productivity through effective leadership and data-driven retrospectives.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar software development role.• Active TS/SCI level clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.• Experience with SAFe methodology and task/ticket management tools like GitLab.• Strong knowledge of software development in an Agile or SAFe environment.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($107,900 - $195,050) plus bonus potential.• Opportunity to work on a mission-focused platform supporting intelligence analysis.• A collaborative team environment that values innovation and professional development.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, wellness, and retirement programs.Apply via Haystack today!
