Tax Manager

Position: Tax ManagerLocation: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)Compensation: $100K–$135K DOEOur Client, a growing public accounting firm, is seeking a Tax Manager to join its Bellevue team. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong technical tax expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Review complex federal and state tax returns, including: 1040, 1065, 1120SManage a diverse portfolio of client engagements and relationshipsOversee 150–200 tax returns annuallyProvide mentorship, technical guidance, and review support to staff and seniorsManage deadlines, workflow, and client communication to ensure high-quality deliveryAssist with tax planning, research, and complex tax mattersPartner with firm leadership on client strategy and process improvementsQualifications:CPA license required6+ years of public accounting tax experience2+ years reviewing and supervising staff workStrong experience with 1040, 1065, and 1120S returnsExperience with closely held businesses preferredHNWI, trust, and estate experience is a plusClient Industry experience in Professional Services, Real Estate, or Automotive preferredStrong project management and client relationship skillsBenefits:100% Employee Medical Coverage401(k) with match5 Weeks PTO4-Day Work Weeks for 2 Summer MonthsBusy Season Hours: Approx. 50–55/weekCollaborative team environment with strong long-term growth potential
