Power Platform Developer with Copilot Studio
Role: Power Platform DeveloperLocation: Plano, TX ( 3 days office)Duration: W2 Contract (Independent candidate only on W2) The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, Copilot Studio agents, and Dataverse. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze, automate, and optimize processes by leveraging Power Platform, SQL, Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in developing scalable enterprise solutions, ensuring data security, compliance, and performance optimization.Required Skills4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate).Experience building Copilot Studio agents and AI-driven automation solutions.Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, data transformations).Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, and system integrations.Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, C# plugins, and Power Platform extensibility.Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management).Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, security models, governance, and ALM.Agile/Scrum experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to HaveAI Builder and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.Power BI integration and embedded analytics.Power Pages development.Python for automation and data transformation.GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD experience.UX/UI design knowledge for Power Apps.
