This role sits at the intersection of IT and field operations ensuring that critical technology infrastructure such as networking, AV, jobsite connectivity, and end-user environments are delivered reliably, efficiently, and aligned with project timelines. This individual will play a key role in bridging strategy and execution, working closely with field technicians, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all environments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects, coordinating across teams, and driving results from concept through completion.The Specifics of the RoleOwn the full lifecycle of IT scope for office builds, renovations, and jobsites from design through deployment and handoffPartner with architects, general contractors, and internal stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with construction schedules and milestonesDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategiesEnsure clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadershipCoordinate with field technicians to execute deployments to meet business goalsProvide leadership and support during complex installationsImprove consistency and quality of field deployments across regionsAssist with resource planning, scheduling, and prioritization of field workOversee installation of structured cabling (fiber and copper), network hardware, and wireless infrastructureCoordinate ISP services, circuit provisioning, and WAN/LAN connectivity for jobsitesEnsure solutions meet Clayco performance, reliability, and scalability standardsIdentify gaps in workflows and drive improvements in processes and documentationStandardize deployment practices to reduce rework and increase efficiencyRequirements3 + years of experience in IT Project Management or technology deploymentsStrong understanding of networking, AV systems, and end-user technologiesExperience working in construction or jobsite environments preferredProven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsWillingness and ability to travel to jobsites and offices as neededSome Things You Should KnowOur clients and projects are nationwide - Travel will be required.No other builder can offer the collaborative design-build approach that Clayco does.We work on creative, complex, award-winning, high-profile jobs.The pace is fast!This position is classified as a safety-sensitive role in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
