Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.Job DescriptionWhat will you be doing?Intakes, catalogues, and scans Licensing documents, and upload the scans to client Licensing casesMaps inbound Licensing documents to corresponding client casesEngages with clients regarding Licensing documentsOutbounds physical Licensing documents to clientsAssists and supports team members (e.g., Document Specialist I Storage) depending on capacity and development goalsMonitor and Update Case ProgressCreate and Manage Ghost CasesClient Outreach and CommunicationOutbound Registration and Plate ManagementAdministrative SupportPerform all other duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPrevious experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service is a plus.Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.2-4 years' experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service related fieldsProficiency in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or departmentUnderstanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be requiredReviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and securityHourly rate starting at $24.65/hr.BenefitsAt Holman, your total compensation goes beyond your paycheck.
