It addresses complex requirements involving secure health information exchange and reliable service delivery, particularly through Department of Defense contracts, while maintaining stringent security, compliance, and operational standards.About the Opportunity:The Software Engineer HGB IT develops and maintains secure, reliable file transfer solutions between external partners and internal systems. This role supports API integrations between the Record Management System and web applications, enabling efficient file uploads and downloads. The position contributes to the integrity, security, and reliability of critical data exchanges across the organization.Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain solutions for secure and reliable file transfers.• Design and implement API integrations between record management systems and web applications.• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot automated file transfer jobs.• Establish and maintain FTP/SFTP connections.• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.• Ensure solutions comply with applicable operational, security, and government standards.• Collaborate with technical and business teams to support integration initiatives.• Document technical processes, configurations, and solutions accurately.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree.• Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis, application development, or a related technical field.• Proficiency with Visual Studio, ADO Repository, NuGet package management, C#, and .NET.• Hands-on experience developing SSIS packages.• Ability to obtain an interim government security clearance through NBIS.• U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense contract requirements.• Candidates residing in Puerto Rico are not eligible.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Annual salary range: $80,900–$110,300.• Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
