Position Overview Work Schedule: Embrace a standard four-day work week for improved work-life balance. Practice Setting: Outpatient-only role with minimal, nurse-triaged call duties (1:5 ratio). Onsite Facilities: Benefit from convenient access to lab draw, X-ray, anti-coagulation, dietary, and behavioral health services. Collaborative Environment: Work within a multi-specialty clinic where specialist support is readily available. Patient Load: Manage a moderate caseload of 20-25 patients per day. Technology: Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system. Clinic Hours: Maintain a regular schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visa Sponsorship: J1 candidates are welcome to apply. Candidate Qualifications Medical Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician. Licensing: Obtain an active license in Washington State.
