Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess excellent mechanical knowledge. Duties - Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical issues - Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance needs - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management - Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary - Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and inventory of supplies - Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations Experience - Required: - Facilities maintenance experience - Mechanical knowledge -Manufacturing - Ability to communicate effectively in English - Experience in residential painting - Customer service skills - Nice-to-have: - Experience supervising maintenance staff - Familiarity with reading schematics and using tools like ohmmeters and logic controllers This position offers competitive compensation, opportunities for skill development, and a supportive work environment where your contributions are valued.
