Warehouse Associate / Order Picker

Job Description Description:Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and replenishing inventory to support efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, maintains organized inventory, and contributes to a safe and productive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, including finished goods and materialsReplenish inventory in pick locations to maintain workflow efficiencyRelocate and organize products within the warehouse to optimize storage and accessibilityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standardsSupport multiple departments as needed to meet operational demandsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesPerform additional duties as assigned by the supervisorWork EnvironmentWork is performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and equipment operation.Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 30 pounds regularlyAbility to safely operate and mount/dismount forkliftsCapable of working 8-hour shifts with continuous physical activityPosition DetailsEmployment Type: Full-TimeFLSA Status: Non-ExemptSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch)DisclaimerThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the position.
