A company is looking for a Success Guide/Senior Success Guide focused on Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions
Provide recommendations and best practices to improve adoption and achieve business outcomes
Deliver assessments on organizational health and security, and lead interactive demos and solution-building sessions
Required Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Salesforce Certified Administrator is required
Experience in developing custom solutions in Salesforce Lightning using LWC and Apex
Familiarity with data integration tools and platform security capabilities
Consultative approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
