Philadelphia, PA, United States (On-site) Contract (4 months 13 days) Published 3 days ago technical documentation incident management powershell scripting performance tuning troubleshooting skills sla management ms sql server Index Management IBC is seeking an experienced administrator who has 6 years of experience in administration of MS SQL server Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent major Knowledge on TSQL RDBMS technologies Experience on core SQL activities such as Performance tuning Index management Analytical Skills and problemsolving skills Monitoring the SQL servers and health checks Job scheduling and maintenance activities Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AzureGCP Documentation skills and strong Troubleshooting Skills Good experience using Windows platforms with basic scripting knowledge Communication Skills and ability to ask questions General communication and analytical skills nontechnical Responsibilities: Configure and maintain database servers Monitor systems health and performance Work with developers on designing the SQL objects Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployments Responsible for customer interactions and Respond SLA Strong troubleshooting skills are necessary Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance Good knowledge of T SQL and PowerShell Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning Flexible to work in shifts be oncall support Resolving P1 P2 issues as per SLA The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30.05/hour - $46.95/hour.
