Electronics Technician
Job Summary:
The RF Electronics Technician will perform the set-up, calibration, and testing of Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) such as amplifiers, attenuators, phase shifters and passive circuits on a wafer probe stations and connectorized test fixtures; assist in preparing technical documents such as test plans, assembly drawings, prepare bill of materials; test and troubleshoots RF/Analog circuits and/or assemblies; perform IC testing on a semi-automated probe station. Perform various tasks in a laboratory including test, inspect and shipping; extensive work performed under a microscope.
Pay & Compensation:
$20-30/HR depending on Skills/Experience

Job Qualifications:
Associates in Electronics Technology (or equivalent experience)
+1 year experience in electronics component level troubleshooting
Knowledge of RF fundamentals (preferable)
Essential Functions and Duties:
Perform on-wafer testing on MMIC power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and signal control MMICs using a network analyzer, power meters, and signal sources.
Assist in the design and build of microwave assemblies for test; working with solder, epoxies and other assembly-related materials. Requires working under a microscope.
Obtain quotes from vendors, lead procurement, and assist with inventory and asset management
Preparing technical documents to include: statistical analysis reports, test plans, assembly drawings, and product datasheets
Support Engineering and production staff in the test, visual inspection of die, and product shipment.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
