Warehouse Attendant

JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM! Position: Wearparts is now accepting applications for a Warehouse Attendant with a positive attitude to join our team (7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday). A Warehouse Attendant is responsible for receiving, pulling, packaging, and/or loading product within our Warehouse. This position requires attention to detail and organizational skills. It is important to ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building, product stock, & personnel. Our Warehouse crew works directly with the Operations Manager to ensure shipping targets are met to sustain a workflow in relation to sales. Responsibilities: Pull and package orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments Move and organize stock in the warehouse Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards Operate mechanical equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Maintain a clean and organized work area Maintain correct system quantities by accurately updating inventory with incoming/outgoing product utilizing our automated system Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred Mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate equipment safely Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks Attention to detail for quality control purposes Previous inventory control experience is a plus!
