RESPONSIBILITIES Plans and implements educational curriculum for children in kindergarten which reflects developmental, cultural, and linguistic appropriateness. Creates a fun, nurturing learning environment, where children can explore their ideas and develop new versions of themselves. Creates developmentally appropriate lesson plans based on the curriculum given. Always has a positive attitude with children, parents and staff. Ensures compliance with applicable company policies and procedures and any of the following program regulations as they apply to the specific program assigned: Title 22 Community Care Licensing regulations. Ensures proper care and supervision for each and every child at all times and adheres to the standards of conduct.
