Urology Physician

- Full-time permanent position- Join large 100+ physician multispecialty group practice- Robust referral base from 60+ primary care physicians- Busy from day one. Huge unmet patient demand in area- Ability to build up a niche practice over time if desired- Primarily outpatient role. Some hospital coverage would be great but not essential.- 3 days in Calvert County and 1-2 days in Waldorf or White Plains, MD- NextGen EMR- Employed W2 position with initial income guarantee- Uncapped RVU-based compensation + quality bonus + patient satisfaction bonus- Full benefits- Occurrence-based malpractice (no need for tail)- 5 weeks PTO- Excellent schools, safe growing community, affordable housing options
