Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator, located in Boise, ID. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in their overall experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting patients, managing reception duties, answering phone calls with professionalism, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries. You will also maintain accurate records, ensure smooth clinic operations, and provide exceptional communication and customer service to create a welcoming environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle high-quality communication with patients and staffExperience in Appointment Scheduling and managing calendarsFamiliarity with Receptionist Duties, including greeting patients, managing a front desk, and maintaining an organized workspaceKnowledge of Medical Terminology and the ability to apply it in patient communicationsStrong interpersonal and Communication skills to create a positive patient experiencePrior experience in a medical or wellness setting is a plusProficiency with scheduling software or electronic medical records is preferredAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
