The firm's litigation team handles significant and challenging cases across federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative bodies nationwide.What They Are Looking For3-6 years of general commercial litigation experienceTop academic credentials and JD from an accredited law schoolComfortable managing a diverse caseload with a high degree of independenceStrong motion practice: motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memorandaExperience managing all aspects of discovery including e-discovery strategyDeposition experience (taking and defending)Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsIllinois bar admission requiredCompensation & Benefits$235,000 - $305,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
