HR Generalist / RecruiterLocation: Smyrna, GASchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)Pay Rate: $25–$29/hourWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist / Recruiter to join our growing physician group in Smyrna, GA. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and has a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, employee support, and HR administration.The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while leading recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional communication and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for physician, clinical, and administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and onboardingCoordinate and maintain job postings across multiple platformsPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support workforce planningAssist with onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee documentationMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and proceduresSupport employee relations, performance management, and general HR inquiriesAssist with benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR functions as neededCoordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related communicationsEnsure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee informationQualifications2–3+ years of HR Generalist and/or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or a physician practice environmentExperience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processesStrong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of HR best practices and employment laws preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for healthcare or medical office positionsFamiliarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS)Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredIf you are an HR professional with a passion for recruiting and supporting healthcare teams, we encourage you to apply.#zr-pro#kc-li1
