Production Supervisor

Epitec is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our automotive client's team in Brook Park, OH. As a Production Supervisor, the candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily production and maintenance operations while leading union-represented employees to meet safety, quality, and production goals.This is an ongoing W2 contract with potential for conversionThis is an onsite position in Brook Park, OHCandidates must be shift flexible (nights, weekends, OT expected)ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day production and maintenance activities in a manufacturing environmentSupervise and support union-represented production employeesDrive daily production flow to meet safety, quality, and output goalsCoordinate and participate in maintenance planning and preventive maintenance activitiesEnsure employees are accurately paid and time is properly reportedSupport continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process improvement effortsTroubleshoot equipment, machinery, and production issues as they ariseQualifications3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentHands-on knowledge of mechanics, machining, machinery, and assembly line operationsExperience with preventive maintenance and manufacturing processesStrong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skillsMechanically inclined with the ability to support equipment troubleshootingBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to work fully onsite and manage daily floor operations
