We’re a high-performance facility focused on helping our clients live stronger, healthier lives through science-based, individualized care.About the RoleAs the Front Desk Associate, you are the first and last impression clients have when visiting our facility. Your role is essential in creating a warm, professional, and supportive environment for our clients and staff. You’ll be responsible for front-of-house operations, client communication, and supporting the team to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience.ResponsibilitiesGreet clients with a welcoming, professional attitudeManage client check-ins and appointments using our scheduling system (WellnessLiving)Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteouslySupport new client onboarding (intake forms, waivers, reminders)Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and client-facing areasAssist in scheduling sessions and ensuring accurate calendars for trainers/therapistsProcess payments and manage point-of-sale transactionsMonitor client retention metrics and follow-up communicationPerform light cleaning duties throughout the studio including wiping equipment, organizing common spaces, and tidying up between sessionsRestock locker rooms with towels, toiletries, and other supplies as neededSupport marketing campaigns, events, and workshop registrationsManage studio supplies, towels, and light opening/closing tasks QualificationsPrior front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling/POS softwareDetail-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focusedAbility to multitask in a fast-paced wellness environmentPassion for health, wellness, and helping othersMust be available for evenings and at least one weekend shiftMust be able to lift at least 25lbs Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with booking platformsInterest in fitness, massage therapy, physical therapy, or nutritionExperience working in a gym, studio, or healthcare setting Pay range and compensation package$15.50/hr + studio benefitsEqual Opportunity StatementNesfield Performance is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.To Apply:Please send your resume and a short message about why you’d be a great fit for our team to devante@nesfieldperformance.com
