The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide specialized care for premature and low birth weight babies. Stabilize and transfer infants below 32 weeks as needed. Attend and assist in high and low-risk deliveries. Ensure safe postpartum couplet care when applicable. Administer and manage TPN, lipids, and standard drips. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, including Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Respiratory Therapists.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years NICU experience (Level II NICU preferred). Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required. Experience with bubble CPAP, vents, and high flow oxygen equipment. Competency in managing couplet care and attending various deliveries. Adaptable to unit's workflows, policies, and procedures.
