The Technical Project Program Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing multiple technical projects within way2class, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Execution:• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation in coordination with stakeholders.• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.2. Stakeholder Management:• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, development teams, and senior leadership, to define project requirements, goals, and priorities.• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.3. Team Leadership and Management:• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.• Coordinate and delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and support team members in overcoming challenges to achieve project objectives4. Risk Management and Problem-Solving:• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop proactive mitigation strategies.• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and decision-making processes to address project challenges and obstacles effectively.5. Quality Assurance and Delivery:• Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables through comprehensive testing, review, and validation processes.• Conduct regular project reviews and post-mortems to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.6.
