Job Title: Associate Product ManagerLocation-Type: Hybrid, 3 days onsite, Charlotte, NC (Charlotte, NC 28273)Start Date: June 15Duration: PermanentCompensation Range: $70,000 - $82,000/yrBenefits:  Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and more!Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorshipJob Description:This role supports the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, owning both product strategy and go-to-market execution for a mission-driven healthcare equipment manufacturer serving caregivers and chronically ill patients.Job Summary•Manage product lifecycle activities including market requirement gathering, launch planning, and post-launch performance analysis.•Own and maintain the product roadmap, collaborating with engineering to define build priorities and align cross-functional teams on product initiatives.•Conduct competitive analysis, gather voice-of-customer insights, and monitor industry trends to inform product strategy.•Serve as subject matter expert for assigned product categories, supporting customer demonstrations and educating internal teams and external stakeholders.•Develop business cases for new product opportunities and translate customer insights into actionable product requirement documents.•Monitor product performance metrics such as sales, margin, and customer feedback, and provide recommendations for improvements.•Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and engineering to ensure alignment across product and go-to-market efforts.Minimum Requirements:•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.•1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role, internship experience accepted.•Understanding of product design and development fundamentals, including ideation through launch.•Strong data analysis capabilities with comfort using analytics tools to support product decisions.•Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.•Experience with or exposure to physical product industries such as medical device, manufacturing, or B2B product companies.Preferred Qualifications:•Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.•Familiarity with go-to-market frameworks and product launch processes.•Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or analytics tools.•Fluency in Spanish and/or German in addition to English.•Engineering background with interest in transitioning into product marketing, or a product marketing background seeking to move into product management.
