We're Hiring: Energy & Conservation (E&C) EngineerContract Job 12 Month with extenstionPay Range: 35/HR - 40/HRWe are looking for an Energy & Conservation (E&C) Engineer to support our Demand Side Management (DSM) and energy efficiency programs. The role involves performing engineering analysis, validating customer project submissions, and supporting utility rebate and incentive initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Perform energy efficiency calculations and savings analysisReview and validate customer project submissionsDevelop baseline vs. proposed energy usage modelsSupport utility rebate/incentive documentation and approvalsBuild and maintain Excel/Python-based engineering toolsCollaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors across HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, and thermal systemsRequirements:2–5 years of experience in energy engineering or DSM programsStrong knowledge of energy efficiency calculationsAdvanced Excel skills (VBA/Python preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skillsLocation: Minneapolies, MN & Denver, COExperience: 2–5 yearsInterested candidates can apply by sending their resume to (Gautam.Nandini@net2source.com)
