This role will oversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution while working closely with ownership and helping build and mentor project and estimating teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage industrial and commercial construction projects from start to finishPrepare estimates, takeoffs, budgets, and pricing proposalsLead project planning, scheduling, and cost control effortsReview contracts, change orders, and subcontractor scopesSupport business growth and future project backlogHelp develop and manage the estimating function and teamBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsQualifications10+ years of construction industry experienceIndustrial and/or commercial construction backgroundStrong project management and estimating experienceProven leadership and team-building abilitiesAbility to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environmentComfortable working closely with ownership in a family-owned company
