Director of Product Management - Enterprise Platforms | Life Insurance We're partnering with a leading Life Insurance organization currently investing heavily in its Product and Digital capabilities. The Director of Product Management role is responsible for a suite of enterprise platforms that are fundamental to both customer experience and internal operations. Fully remote, this is a contract-to-hire opportunity (typically 4-6 months) with a clear pathway into a permanent leadership position. The Opportunity Enterprise Platforms are central to how the business operates day-to-day, enabling sales, servicing, workflow management, and commission processes across the organization. You'll take ownership of a portfolio including Salesforce, Back-Office Workflow, Contact Centre Technology, and Commissions. This is not a BAU role, there is a genuine opportunity to enhance, streamline, and modernise how these platforms enable the wider business.
