Visit TextronSystems.com & Lycoming.com to read more about who we are and the products we make\!About This RoleThe Program Master Scheduler is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration into the program work products. The position will be a part of the program team and work day-to-day with the program managers and control account managers.Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout that are compliant to applicable DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS StandardsLead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments as well as maintain interdependenciesEnsure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule dataAdvises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts, and risksIdentifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders in the scheduling processParticipate in external and internal reviews of the schedule, including surveillance and auditsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or another related field is preferred.3-6 years’ experience in scheduling within an project management, engineering development and/or manufacturing operation, or other similar experienceDemonstrated success in planning, developing, baselining and tracking schedules for commercial and DoD programsFamiliar with Schedule management within the Primavera P6 scheduling tool, or Microsoft Project, or Deltek Open Plan.Proven working knowledge and understanding of advanced scheduling methodologies and techniquesExperience with implementing, tracking and reporting schedule performance/Earned ValueAbility to derive, interpret and present schedule performance and efficiency metrics to Senior Leadership team (e.g. schedule variance, SPI, milestone burndown, plan vs actual, etc.)Ability to develop and report on Schedule Risk Analyses (SRA)Experience with supporting development of Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and transitioning these into Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).Excellent oral and written communication skills & ability to interface effectively and efficiently across the organization.Familiarity with schedules in an MRP/ERP environment (i.e. SAP, Oracle, MAPICS, BAAN, etc.).Must be a U.S. citizen eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearanceHow We CareAt Textron Systems, our talented people make us successful.
