Quality Control Technician

Job Title: Quality Control TechnicianLocation(s): Ottawa, IL - OnsiteCompensation: $17.00 - $19.00 HourlyAbout this positionAdvantech is on the search for a Quality Control Technician who will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet the quality standards of Advantech. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing inspections, tests and analysis to identify any deviations or defects that may affect overall product quality, safety, and efficiency in production.Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining quality assurance processesConduct inspections of incoming material and productsPerform testing using measuring toolsDocument incoming resultsAnalyze resultsAssist with corrective actions and root cause analysisIdentify non-conforming materialComponents/Product cosmetics and/or functional inspectionMaintain inspection guideline and inspection records for assigned QC functions.
