Senior Revenue Cycle Operations Leader
Our client, a highly respected health system in the Los Angeles area, is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Operations leader to oversee a critical business office function and help drive operational performance across the revenue cycle.This is an opportunity for an experienced business office leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving operational performance, and partnering across the organization to drive results.The Leader will oversee key business office functions including billing, collections, cash posting, accounts receivable management, and reimbursement operations while supporting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.The ideal candidate brings a combination of operational expertise and leadership maturity. We're looking for someone who can lead managers, develop teams, improve processes, and work effectively with stakeholders across Revenue Cycle, HIM, Coding, CDI, Patient Access, and Finance.Key Responsibilities• Provide leadership and oversight for business office operations including billing, collections, cash posting, and accounts receivable• Monitor operational and financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions• Lead and develop managers and staff while fostering a positive, accountable team culture• Partner with leadership across the revenue cycle to improve workflows, reduce barriers, and enhance financial outcomes• Review aging accounts, reimbursement trends, and operational metrics to support organizational goals• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and patient experience• Prepare and present operational and performance reports to senior leadershipQualifications• Progressive leadership experience within hospital revenue cycle or patient financial services• Strong understanding of business office operations, accounts receivable management, billing, collections, and reimbursement• Demonstrated success leading teams and developing talent• Experience working across departments to solve problems and improve performance• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship building skills• Bachelor's degree requiredThis role offers the opportunity to join a highly regarded organization where leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence are highly valued.
