Installer/Technician

WE'RE HIRING! Join our growing team as an Installation Tech! Full Time Position Based out of Bigfork, MT Monday - Friday No weekends Some overtime may be required during our peak season Tools and Equipment Provided Wage: $23/hour depending on experience Bonus earning potential of up to $12,500 depending on performance Benefits Include: 401(k) with employer match Health, dental and vision insurance available Paid time off We are seeking an individual who is customer focused, tech and computer savvy, and knows how to use basic hand tools, including how to read a tape measure. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, know how to priority and organize their day, and have a team-first mindset. Our Install Teams work inside and outside of customer's homes and frequently interacts with the customer to ensure they understand how to utilize the installed equipment. Prior install experience in a similar industry is preferred. Prior experience working in and around customer homes is preferred. Clean, presentable appearance is a must! We are a smoke-free work environment. Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Clean/Valid Driver's License (Required) Physical Requirements: frequently stoops, kneels, bends, crouches, reaches overhead, walks, and climbs ladders; regularly operates hand tools/machinery; stands for prolonged periods of time; frequently lifts, moves, and carries over 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs).
