Duties
Attend to the daily physical and emotional needs of infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, comforting, and promoting self-help skills.
Implement Engaging Curriculum: Plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities that support cognitive, social-emotional, and physical growth through play and exploration.
Ensure Safety: Maintain continuous supervision and a clean, organized, and healthy classroom environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
Partner with Families: Build strong, positive relationships with parents through daily communication and regular progress updates.
Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of professional child care experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
A strong understanding of child development.

Nice To Haves
Associate’s degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 30 Credits in ECE preferred, but not required
