The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player who can operate equipment, manage logistics, and maintain strong organizational systems.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goodsMaintain accurate client inventory records and ensure proper tracking of all materialsCommunicate effectively with clients via phone and email regarding inventory status, shipments, and inquiriesOperate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in a safe and efficient mannerLoad, unload, and move heavy items as requiredEnsure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintainedCollaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlinesAssist in implementing and using inventory management software (training provided)Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipmentsQualificationsValid driver's license requiredPrevious warehouse or inventory management experience preferredAbility to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained/certified)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalBasic computer skills, including email and willingness to learn inventory management systemsAbility to lift and move heavy items regularlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork EnvironmentActive warehouse setting requiring standing, lifting, and equipment operationRegular interaction with team members and clientsPreferred TraitsDependable and punctualProblem-solver with a proactive mindsetTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicCompany DescriptionMoving and storage company that offers warehouse receiving to contractors, interior designers, archtects, and homeowners.
