Senior Engineer (Eden Prairie)

The Opportunity: Excelion Partners has been brought in to build out a Integrated Product Team (IPT) for a premier leader in high-performance engineered systems.Located in the Eden Prairie tech corridor, our client offers the perfect balance: the resources of an established leader with the agility and hands-on culture of a specialized lab. We are looking for six foundational hires to drive a major new program.Open Roles within the IPT:Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead: The tactical driver responsible for cross-functional alignment between design, production, and quality.Program Manager: The strategic architect managing the roadmap, milestones, and high-stakes deliverables.Sr. Development Engineer: A hands-on R&D expert specializing in Embedded C/C++ and Python for complex electromechanical systems.Production Engineer: The bridge between prototype and scale, ensuring high-spec designs are optimized for manufacturing.Quality Engineer: The guardian of zero-failure reliability for ruggedized, mission-critical hardware.What Sets This Team Apart:The IPT Model: You won't work in a silo.
