Position SummaryThe Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Lead .NET Developer) will be responsible for developing and enhancing applications using functional and detailed design specifications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within scope, timeline, and budget, while following established development and quality assurance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy software applications following standard processes and quality guidelinesCollaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutionsAnalyze system requirements and apply architectural and design principlesPerform code reviews to ensure compliance with development standardsFollow coding, build, and deployment best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with root cause analysisDevelop and maintain technical documentationWork independently with minimal supervision and deliver results efficientlySupport Agile processes and contribute to SCRUM ceremoniesEnsure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive informationParticipate in special projects as neededRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in software development, including design, development, testing, and deploymentStrong expertise in:C#, .NET Framework (4.5+), .NET Core / .NET 5+T-SQL, SQL DevelopmentREST APIs, Entity FrameworkExperience with HTML5 and modern web standardsFamiliarity with JavaScript tools (e.g., npm)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsHands-on experience with Azure (Must)Experience with version control, unit testing, and CI/CD toolsStrong understanding of SDLC processesAbility to design enterprise-wide solutionsPreferred SkillsMortgage domain experience (Nice to have)Strong knowledge of:Architectural DesignSystem DesignSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related fieldKey Skills for Evaluation.NET & Azure DevelopmentSQL DevelopmentArchitectural DesignSystem DesignSDLC
