This is a high-impact, fully remote role for a physician-scientist with deep expertise in gene therapy and/or immunology. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional clinical teams and shape program strategy from IND through early development. Design and execute Phase 1/2 trials; interact with global health authorities and KOLs. Drive protocol development, clinical data analysis, and scientific insight. Serve as a core advisor to senior leadership, ensuring scientific rigor and speed. Qualifications: M.D. with board certification or eligibility in Genetics or a related field. 4+ years in biotech/pharma; proven success in gene therapy clinical development is essential. Skilled in early-phase trial execution, IND filings, and regulatory interactions. Experience in neurodegenerative diseases is a plus. Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced settings.
