This role supports the production of high-quality metal components used in commercial and industrial equipment. If you have spot welding experience and enjoy hands-on manufacturing work in a team environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and secure a long-term role.What You'll DoPerform resistance spot welding on sheet metal components according to work instructions and printsLoad, position, and clamp parts into fixtures prior to weldingOperate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production standardsInspect welded parts for proper weld placement, strength, and appearancePerform secondary operations such as grinding, deburring, and spatter removal as requiredComplete basic machine setups, changeovers, and adjustmentsIdentify weld defects and communicate quality concerns to leads or supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport continuous improvement and standardized work practicesAchieve and maintain productivity and quality standards within the first 90 daysWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or GED13 years of spot welding or resistance welding experience preferredGeneral sheet metal or manufacturing experienceAbility to read basic blueprints, work instructions, or weld symbolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to pass required welding and skills assessmentsLegal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPhysical RequirementsRoutinely lift up to 40 lbsStand for extended periods with frequent bending, stooping, and squattingGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityVisual requirements include close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentWork Environment & SafetySteel-toed boots required (must be provided by worker and worn during interviews/assessments)Additional PPE provided onsite (gloves, goggles, hearing protection, sleeves as needed)Exposure to metal parts, sparks, heat, noise, dust, and fumesStrict adherence to all safety policies and PPE requirementsApply TodayThis position is urgently hiring, and qualified candidates will be contacted quickly for in-person interviews.Submit your resume today to be considered.Pay Details: $20.96 to $24.47 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
