Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist Assistant (SLPA) – School-Based Position

Location: Jacksonville, Florida Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: up to $67 per hour (based on experience) Start Date: 11/28/2025 Why Join? The Learning Loft has partnered with a local agency and schools looking to hire SLPs, CFs, SLPA's to provide school-based treatment. About Us The Learning Loft is a therapist-owned company specializing in early intervention, SNF, home-health, school-aged therapy and academic intervention for students in grades K-12. We are vested in providing unwavering support to professionals we partner with, quality intervention and special education services. We have more than 13 years of experience serving a variety of schools in the community. The Learning Loft has teamed up with schools in the area to find compassionate speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists to provide services in the school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. Qualifications – SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Florida state license and/or ASHA certification. School-based therapy experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Qualifications – SLPA: Associate’s degree or relevant coursework in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program. Florida state certification or eligibility as an SLPA. Experience working with children in educational settings preferred. Ability to implement therapy plans under supervision with strong interpersonal skills. Florida Department of Health Licensure New graduates are welcome to apply!
