Line Cook

Location: 6999 152nd St West, Apple Valley, MN, 55124Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the kitchen is clean and organized, and maintaining high levels of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standardsEnsure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is of high quality and presentationMaintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of food and equipmentAssist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as neededCollaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operationsFollow all safety and sanitation proceduresRequirements:Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar roleKnowledge of cooking techniques and ingredientsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
