This role requires strong experience with Ellucian Banner SIS and Banner ODS, along with hands on cloud data engineering leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead modernization and migration of Oracle ODS/ODI workloads (part of Ellucian Banner ODS) into Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse).Redesign ETL/ELT processes and data models for Fabric-native architecture.Analyse integrations and data flows from Ellucian Banner SIS and Banner ODS to Fabric.Manage offshore data engineers deliverables, set standards, and ensure delivery quality.Partner with functional and technical teams to support reporting and analytics continuityRequired Qualifications:8 10+ years data engineering experience, including cloud migrations.Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle ODS, ODI, SQL, PL/SQL, and Python.Expertise with Banner SIS and Banner ODS (must-have).Expertise with Cognos/Argos: Commonly used reporting tools to query the ODS/EDW.Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data services, Power BI and modern data pipelines.Solid understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and ETL architecture.Experienced in managing offshore resources and delivering projects in a offshore modelExperience:Required- Higher education technology background.Experience with Power BI, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and governance frameworks.
