Systems Administrator

Knowledge Services is currently seeking a skilled Systems Administrator for Disability Determination Services (DDS). The position is critical in ensuring that the systems used by all staff within the agency operates effectively and efficiently. This role also serves as the primary local security officer for the DDS. The position works with users to troubleshoot daily system problems and works with various federal officials to manage the network, servers, and attached peripherals. The position handles hardware and software issues, and various applications including BI, print and correspondence and imaging.
