Screen Printer Operator

Position Overview: Summit Golf Brands (SGB), located in Barneveld, WI, is seeking a full-time Screen Printer Operator for our Barneveld, WI office. Direct to Garment Machine Operator, under the direction of the VP of Production, is responsible for operating and maintaining a DTG machine to personalize clothing to customer specifications. Responsibilities:Daily preventative maintenance of DTG machines, heat press, and any other systems used in the DTG process. Using workorders to set up the machine to customer specifications. Using company ship windows to organize orders by priority. Perform quality checks on finished products to SGB's standards. Maintain clear and prompt communication with Management or Maintenance to ensure the DTG machine is functioning properly. Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing common printing errors. Required Skills/Abilities:Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Being able to adapt to different product and business needs with minimal or no advanced notice Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent. Direct to Garment experience. Experience in the apparel industry. Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Required to use wrists, upper arms, and shoulders in repetitive movements. Required to bend, twist, and reach continuously.
