**Finishing Gunsmith Specialist****Location:** Shelburne, VT**Employment Type:** Full-Time, In-Person**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM**Assignment Type:** Long-term**Pay Rate:** $25-$28 per hour, based on experience**Requirements:** Resume submission and client interview**Job Summary**The Finishing Gunsmith Specialist is responsible for completing precision finishing work on firearm components, including filing, sanding, polishing, and preparing parts for final assembly. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow exacting quality standards.**Key Responsibilities**+ Perform detailed finishing work such as filing, sanding, and polishing+ Inspect finished components to ensure quality and consistency+ Support precision processes including tumbling and bead blasting+ Prepare machined parts for further production steps+ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace+ Follow safety guidelines and production processes**Required Skills & Experience**+ Experience with deburring, sanding, and polishing techniques+ Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy+ Ability to follow detailed instructions+ Comfort working with small parts and precision tools+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment**Preferred Traits**+ Strong organizational and time?management skills+ Interest in learning new processes and growing within a technical team**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $28.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
