Epic Beacon AnalystUS/RemoteJob SummaryThe Epic Beacon Analyst is responsible for the design, build, configuration,testing, optimization, and ongoing support of the Epic Beacon oncologymodule within the organization's Epic EHR environment. This role partnersclosely with oncology providers, pharmacists, nurses, and operational leadersto translate clinical workflows into efficient, safe, and compliant Epic solutions.The analyst ensures system stability, supports upgrades and enhancements,and provides production support including on-call coverage as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, build, and maintain Epic Beacon functionality including treatment plans and protocols, chemotherapy/immunotherapy workflows, oncology orders, documentation, scheduling, safety checks, dose calculations, and regulatory compliance.Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle: unit, system, integrated, and user acceptance testing for oncology workflows.Translate clinical and operational requirements into system design and build specifications; create and maintain design/build documentation.QualificationsEpic Beacon certification (Proficient or Certified) required; demonstrated hands-on build/maintenance experience with the Beacon module.5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical, or health IT roles; at least 1 year specifically with Epic Beacon build or support.Strong understanding of oncology clinical workflows (infusion centers, outpatient clinics, treatment protocols).
