Job DescriptionSenior Vice President of Operations will be reporting to the Division President and will manage operational security force programs on large scale National Account, to be a liaison with client representatives to measure contract KPI's and key long-term initiatives, mentor subordinate managers, and ensure compliance with financial performance projections.Primary ResponsibilitiesInteract with senior client representatives on designated clients to measure contract KPI's and key long-term initiativesAdministers internal control programs to facilitate the operational or administrative requirements of the contract.Engages subordinate Managers and Security Operators to ensure contract compliance and define performance expectations.Receives and executes such technical directions as the client may issue within the terms and conditions of the contract.Ensure sound business practices are deployed to comply with financial performance projections.Maintains high standards of competence through such instruction and training for the Managers, Supervisors, and Security force.Provides direct management to subordinate personnel.QualificationsShall be fully capable of managing and supervising large-scale security operations in a highly regulated environment.The preferred candidate will possess an MBA degree with an emphasis on P&L performance.Must possess effective communications skills, both written and oral, and possess a Bachelor's degree with ten (10) years of successful civilian or military equivalent law enforcement experience of which five (5) years must be in management, or;Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of successful security experience at the of which ten (10) years must be in management or;Associate Degree with fifteen (15) years of successful civilian or military law enforcement experience, of which ten (10) years were in at a level of leadership, or;Successfully completed twenty (20) years of civilian or military equivalent law enforcement at the command levelThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
