May also relocation and travel once or twice a year to various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Lead the designing of the structure and organization of databases based on user requirements, development and implementation of databases using appropriate database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Design and implement data integration processes, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows, and data migration strategies. Use modern Tech Stack (Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog, Jenkins for CI/CD, AWS), building a highly scalable distributed system. Develop Middleware access using TestNG, SOAP. Manage testing. Supervise, mentor, and train junior database developers and administrators. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or the foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered, as a Database Developer, Database Administrator, or a related role. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, will accept a Master's degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Database Developer, Database Administrator, or a related role.
