Accounts Payable Specialist The Accounting team is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support LeadVenture's rapid growth. This role is responsible for processing vendor payments, resolving invoice discrepancies, managing supplier relationships, and handling expense reports. Its culture is built on ownership, inclusivity, and the value of diverse perspectives.Your RoleProcess invoices accurately and on time in accordance with corporate policies.Review and process PO requests based on internal guidelines.Prepare and process the biweekly payment run.Expense & Corporate Card ManagementReview employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance; assist employees with questions.Audit and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and maintain the corporate card program and related approval systems.Manage and monitor the virtual card program and assist with vendor onboarding.Vendor ManagementMaintain vendor files and agreements; oversee vendor setup.Manage 1099 reporting, including year-end issuance.Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries.Accounting SupportPerform cash reconciliations and monitor company cash accounts.Assist with month-end close activities.Support ongoing improvements to accounting systems and processes.What We're Looking ForAssociate degree in Accounting or Business (Bachelor's preferred).24 years of Accounts Payable experience.Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.Experience with NetSuite and Concur is a plus.Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.What We OfferMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company match for US employeesFlex work options to work onsite, hybrid, or remotePaid vacation and sick timePaid company holidaysWellness programOpportunities for growth in a fast-moving organization4949 Meadows Rd, Suite 150 | Lake Oswego, OR 97035 | www.LeadVenture.com
