Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage vendor invoices, process payments, and prepare expense reports. Key responsibilities include reconciling account statements, assisting with journal entries, and maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Qualifications Experience with processing Expense Reports and reconciling financial dataStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve discrepanciesProficiency in Finance and Accounting principlesFamiliarity with preparing and maintaining Journal EntriesAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracyProficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to communicate effectively within cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
