Accutek’s team of experts is dedicated to creating customized solutions that seamlessly integrate into their clients' operations.Position OverviewThe Project Superintendent will be responsible for managing field operations across multiple projects, supporting Foremen and crews, and ensuring that all work is executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project timelines and specifications. This role requires strong leadership, construction expertise, and the ability to proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage multiple active job sites and field teamsSupervise Foremen and ensure proper execution of daily activitiesCoordinate project schedules, manpower planning, and material logisticsEnsure all installations meet project specifications, codes, and company standardsMonitor project progress and proactively address delays or field challengesWork closely with Project Managers, clients, general contractors, and subcontractorsConduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality control reviewsEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policiesReview drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure field accuracyAssist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination meetingsSupport commissioning, testing, and project closeout activitiesMaintain clear communication between field teams and managementQualifications7+ years of experience in low voltage, security, or related construction fields3+ years of experience in a Superintendent or senior leadership roleStrong knowledge of:Access control systemsCCTV / video surveillanceIntrusion detectionStructured cabling systemsProven experience managing multiple projects and crews simultaneouslyStrong understanding of construction scheduling and coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction documents and drawingsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsOSHA certificationValid driver’s licenseWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyStrong leadership support and team-oriented cultureConsistent pipeline of commercial security projectsOpportunity to work on complex and high-profile installationsAt Accutek Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality solutions while building a team of professionals who take pride in their work.
