This position supports day-to-day operations by managing documentation, correspondence, records, and reporting activities that contribute to program coordination, accountability, and operational continuity. The Administrative Specialist supports management, warehouse, logistics, and program staff through accurate document handling, information management, and administrative coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative and clerical support to warehouse and program personnelPrepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and administrative documentationMaintain electronic and hardcopy filing systems to support record retention and auditabilitySupport document control and version management for operational and administrative recordsAssist with report compilation, data entry, and documentation as requiredCoordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and distribute action itemsMaintain administrative tracking logs and schedule coordination effortsServe as a communication point for routine administrative inquiriesEnsure sensitive or controlled information is handled appropriately and professionallyRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; US Citizenship; Valid US Drivers LicenseMinimum of four (4) years of experience performing administrative or clerical duties in a professional office, warehouse, logistics, or government support environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyRequired SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat or similar document management toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSecurity Requirements Valid Driver's License; All NMRLC contractor employees must be U.S. citizens and maintain a favorable federal suitability determination (typically NACI with SF‐85/SF‐85P) sufficient to obtain and retain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) for installation, system, and facility access.
