Microsoft Power Platform Specialist (M365 GCC High)Location: Greenville, SC (Onsite)Pay Rate: $55–$65 per hourEmployment Type: ContractWork Authorization: U.S. Citizenship requiredPreferred: Local candidates to Greenville, SCAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to support the development and implementation of enterprise workflow and collaboration solutions within a Microsoft 365 GCC High environment. This position will play a key role in building automation solutions and modernizing business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint Online, along with a strong understanding of secure cloud environments and enterprise collaboration tools. This is a high-impact role working with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.This role is fully onsite in Greenville, South Carolina, and local candidates are strongly preferred.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).Develop workflow automation solutions to improve and modernize existing business processes.Convert legacy SharePoint workflows (SharePoint 2016 / SharePoint Designer) into modern Power Automate workflows.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Support Power Platform application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Provide troubleshooting and support for automation workflows and Power Platform applications.Create documentation for solutions, workflows, and technical designs.Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards within the Microsoft 365 environment.Participate in project planning, task coordination, and solution delivery.What We're Looking ForStrong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:Power AppsPower AutomatePower BIDataverseExperience working within Microsoft 365 environments, particularly GCC High.Experience with SharePoint Online and workflow automation.Knowledge of JSON and modern automation frameworks.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to HaveExperience working with government or defense-related environments.Familiarity with NIST 800-171 or CMMC compliance standards.Experience with Power Pages or other Microsoft 365 integrations.Experience supporting enterprise document management or workflow systems.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Work EnvironmentOnsite position in Greenville, SCLocal candidates strongly preferredStandard business hoursCollaborative team environment focused on automation and digital transformationCompensationHourly Rate: $55–$65 per hourCompetitive contract rate based on experienceEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
